Are you a planner or one of those spontaneous people who just works it out as you go along? We are all different in terms of our personality, but most of us recognise that having a plan makes a difference even if it is to make sure we have food in the fridge for a meal when we get home at night!
Whether you have it up on your website or somewhere in a drawer, try and dig out your church’s “paperwork” in terms of constitution, beliefs, mission statement or any other documents that may have been written as a guide to the way you meet, worship and go about the task of mission.
