Partnership depends on the interest and generosity of its members and we thank you for taking the time to complete this form and make a donation to support our work.
Please complete the form below to make a donation or payment for membership fees, conferences, books, PLUS fees etc. In the message box please indicate what the payment or donation is for (eg: gift, subscription fee payment, event, etc…). If you are a member of Partnership, please include your unique Partnership reference number in your message. Unfortunately no Gift Aid tax may be reclaimed when payment is for goods or services.

Please note that in the ‘amount’ box you must only type the amount in figures. Please do not include a currency symbol as this will invalidate the entry; the box below it is reserved for selecting the currency.
